U12
At U12 we build on the skills learned at U10. We keep practicing basics like passing and safe tackling, and add new things such as scrums, touch, and attacking and defending positions. Training is fun and inclusive: players learn in drills and then use those skills in game situations. The aim is to make good choices and adapt to different situations. By the end of U12 players should handle basic game situations (scrum, touch, penalty, kicks).
We enter youth tournaments to build team spirit. The focus is on having fun and playing as a team, not on winning.
New players, boys or girls, are welcome. Complete beginners get one-to-one coaching to reach team level. We have a development plan that can lead from the club to Belgian first division and the national team.
