Mens XVs
A multinational, multicultural team in the heart of Brussels, we welcome players of all ages (18+) and skill levels. We live by the motto, “Once BC, always BC.” With three seniors’ teams, we surely will find the right spot for you!
Not sure about joining? The first three training sessions are completely free - this will give you a chance to understand our level of competition and get a feeling for the electric club atmosphere. If you like what you see, you’ll have to register through Twizzit (our app to organize attendance and matches), complete a medical form + check-up for insurance purposes, and of course, pay your club fees.
Have any questions? You can always reach us at menxv@bbrfcceltic.eu and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Our Teams
As a club that welcomes any and all players, rest assured that we will find the team that is right for your rugby level and experience. Come to training and the coaches and captains will work to get you onto the pitch as soon as possible!
Men’s XV – 1 (Firsts)
Competing in the Belgian third division of rugby. As the club's flagship team, the first team is the most competitive of the three men's teams. As with the other two teams, the essential requirement for playing in the first team is regular attendance at training sessions and availability for (almost) all matches.
Captain Lionel Robles
Men’s XV – 2 (Reserves)
Playing in the Belgian Rugby Third Division - Reserves. The first and second teams travel together, playing on the same day, as every Division 3 team also has a Reserves team. The Reserves are there to challenge the first-team players, offering a good opportunity to showcase their skills and potentially earn a place in the first XV.
Captain Guillermo Ruiz Rabaneda
Men’s XV – 3 (Regionals)
Competing in the Flemish Regional 2nd Division, the Regionals are considered the "challenge" team in the men's section, comprised of a mix of experienced veterans, promising rising stars, and newcomers to rugby. This team is ideal for those looking to develop their leadership skills, as there is always a need for a strong voice around which the rest of the team can rally.
Captain Graham "the human mummy" Edwards
