Welcome to the BC ladies. We are an international, hard-hitting and determined women’s rugby team based in Brussels. On the pitch, we play hard—off it, we bring the party.

‘Am I going to fit in a new team?’ ‘I just moved to Brussels, so I’m not sure.’ ‘I’ve never played rugby, so is it going to be for me?’ Our ladies’ arms are wide open to all players, whether you’re a seasoned pro or completely new to rugby. With our 1st team and Reserves team in D1, we will find the perfect spot for you.

Your first three training sessions are free, giving you the perfect chance to experience our team’s atmosphere and our style of training.

Convinced? You’ll register through Twizzit (our app to organize attendance and matches), complete a medical form + check-up for insurance purposes and pay your club fees.

Informatie

  • Tuesdays: Training takes place at the VUB rugby pitch (located in front of the tram stop VUB) from 19h00 to 21h00.

    Fridays: Training alternates between two locations:

    • At the VUB rugby pitch from 20h00 to 22h00

    • At the Tritomas rugby pitch (next to the bus stop Tritomas) from 19h00 to 21h00

    Wednesdays: We hold an extra skills and conditioning session at the VUB rugby pitch from 19h00 to 20h00

    Dates for trainings at Tritomas (24/25): 24/01, 07/02, 21/02, 07/03, 21/03, 04/04, 18/04, 02/05, 16/05, 30/05

  • Wednesdays/Tuesdays: Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) – Main Pitch (via entrance 8)
    Boulevard du Triomphe 40, 1050 Ixelles

    Fridays: trainings will alternate between the VUB pitch and Terrain de Sport de Tritomas –Rue des Tritomas, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort

  • All matches for the ladies’s teams are played on Saturdays.

    Thuiswedstrijden worden gespeeld op het hoofdveld van de VUB.

    The season runs from September to May. Preseason starts in August.

  • Our season ends at the end of May. We will start Preseason in the beginning of August, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

    But don’t worry: we will still play rugby during the summer. We host other clubs for Tours, go to rugby tournaments with the team, like Brigandze or Flanders Open Rugby. In June we go on tour with our ladies, to play some rugby and have fun.

De eerste 3 trainingen zijn helemaal gratis - wat een koopje! Daarna of voor je eerste wedstrijd moet je een medisch formulier invullen bij je dokter en je inschrijfgeld betalen. De betaling en het medische formulier worden ingediend via je BBRFC Celtic Twizzit-account.

Het gereduceerde tarief geldt voor studenten, stagiaires en werklozen.
